Take Charge of E-Mobility Projects – as a Planner
We are seeking a Planning to join our Maintenance Department. This pivotal role ensures all maintenance activities are delivered in line with contractual obligations and company objectives. You’ll act as the central point of coordination, managing relationships with clients, engineers, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams. Your ability to maintain clear communication and adhere to maintenance plans will be key to success.
Key Responsibilities – E-Mobility Project Planning & Coordination
- Creating and maintaining a Maintenance Plan that encompasses scheduled, unscheduled, and additional maintenance activities, rectifying outcomes.
- Liaising with the Engineers, ensuring all maintenance work complies to the schedules, contracts, and meets company standards.
- Raising and managing all job tickets on FSM, allocating and scheduling them to the engineers, and ensuring they are completed as per contractual requirements.
- Optimize resources to reduce travel time and increase productivity.
- Continually evaluate the effectiveness of the work schedule and implement improvements.
- Work on client portals, Spreadsheets, and teams to communicate progression and highlight any issues that may arise.
- Inventory and logistics management, including warehousing.
- Sourcing materials, receiving, and raising quotes, raising purchase orders, and managing the finance system in line with budget
- Provide necessary reporting for the client’s assets, KPIs and management metrics, Including financial figures for budget.
- Such other duties and responsibilities as required to support the Maintenance Team
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes including anti-bribery policy and Environmental and Quality Management System, compliant with ISO standards.
Your Skills & Experience – E-Mobility, Project Planning, and Regional Logistics
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Experience liaising with sub-contractors, negotiating, and producing quotations.
- Experience of controlling Engineers workloads for the completion of work on a timely basis.
- Understanding of contracts and service level agreements.
- Excellent computer skills with a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint as well as CMMS.
- Driven to succeed, focused, results and quality oriented.
- High standards of professionalism.
- Team player, effective communicator.
- The ability to achieve tight deadlines and work well under pressure.
- Cordial and professional with excellent client facing skills.
- Very good work ethic with flexible working approach.
