  • We appreciate the time you have taken to apply with us, so we like to make sure your application is read through in detail.

    With this in mind, please allow us up to 10 working days to review your application before we respond. If it's going to be any longer than this will send you an email to update you.

  • We aim to hire the best talent available, which is why our interview process has several stages to ensure we find the right fit for both parties.

    If you pass the initial screening call with our recruitment team, you will be invited to one of our offices for an interview. Here is a general outline of the process:

    Stage 1: 60-minute interview with the hiring manager

    Stage 2: 30-minute interview with our Business General Manager

    Please note that this schedule may vary depending on the specific role you have applied for, but we hope it gives you an idea of what to expect.

  • We understand our interview process is longer than most, but it's for good reason. We're proud of our current team, and they've set high standards for future colleagues.

    Our interview process is designed to thoroughly assess your skills and if you're a good fit for our business, while also allowing you to evaluate if our business is the right one for you. We recognise that VINCI Energies may not be for everyone, and that's perfectly okay.

    We have multiple stages because we believe it's impossible for both sides to determine a true match in just one 60-minute interview.
