Graduate Programmes

We’re committed to the concept that everyone should have the opportunity to reach their full potential through structured training with a dedicated mentor and real-life experience with our customers. Our Graduate Programmes will provide you with an amazing opportunity to progress with the operational, technical and management skills you need to take full role responsibility within two years. We may even support you towards further accreditations, such as Chartered status.

We have two Graduate Programmes on offer. The Engineering Advancement Programme (EAP) designed for a career in Automation, and the Graduate Advancement Programme (GAP) designed for a career in the Electrical & Mechanical fields.
