About the Role

As a Project Manager, you’ll lead multi‑disciplinary teams to deliver the full lifecycle of automation and control projects—covering design, integration, commissioning and handover.
You will play a key role in ensuring that projects for Food & Beverage and process‑industry clients are delivered safely, on time, and to VINCI Energies’ exacting quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of automation and control system projects, from tender through to commissioning and final handover.

• Manage budgets, schedules, risks, and project deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.

• Act as the primary client contact, building strong, long‑term relationships through clear and proactive communication.

• Coordinate internal engineering teams, suppliers, subcontractors, and partners in line with VINCI Energies’ project governance.

• Champion health, safety, quality, and compliance across all project phases.

• Identify opportunities for improvements, efficiencies, and cost savings.

• Support tendering activities, contributing to both technical and commercial bid content.

About You

• Proven experience managing engineering or automation projects (PLC/SCADA/HMI), ideally within Food & Beverage or similar industrial sectors.

• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.

• Highly organised, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a focus on results.

• Knowledge of project management methodologies (PRINCE2, APM) and tools (e.g., MS Project) is desirable.

• Degree or equivalent in Engineering or Project Management is an advantage.

• Full UK driving licence and ability to travel as required, including occasional international travel.

• Eligible to work in the UK and obtain UK Security Clearance.
